Treatment Cancellation and Attendance

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24hours notice if you need to reschedule, cancel or reduce your appointment time.

This gives enough time to fill the time slot. If your appointment is. A charge of $50 may occur if you have repeat nonattendance.

Late Arrival

Your late arrival will require that I end your session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorted on that day.

I have reserved this time for you and other clients are scheduled after you, your treatment will be charged at full consultation price.

Gift Vouchers are available

Please see Ailsa or Cayla for any vouchers you wish to purchase.

All vouchers are valid for 12 months.
